Tutoria – UAE based company to launch property application in Pakistan
ISLAMABAD: On Wednesday, A UAE-based technology company “Vision Tech” has announced its plans to invest heavily in Pakistan’s real estate sector. The company will launch Shaariq.com, which will allow customers and agents to access real estate information online.
With this new technology, Vision Tech is able to digitally streamline the buying, selling, renting, and managing of properties. It also provides unique services, such as online rental agreements and property registration.
By investing in Pakistan, Vision Tech is following the Prime Minister’s focus on these two sectors, and this bodes well for buyers, sellers, brokers, and municipalities alike.
In addition, Shaariq.com will provide buyers with an avenue for dealing with brokerage agents who have been trained and issued unique registration numbers by the company – improving trust between all parties involved in the transaction. It is also considering partnering with municipalities to reduce the burden of paperwork and improve transparency.
“Shaariq.com will bring much-needed digitalization to an extremely fractured industry. Real estate stakeholders have largely operated in a non-transparent, low-trust ecosystem that left much to be desired. Vision Tech hopes to leverage its expertise in an organized market like the UAE to unlock the Pakistan real estate sector’s massive untapped potential. Pakistan’s rapid population growth, high internet penetration, tech-savvy young generation, and government-helmed initiatives have inspired Vision Tech’s big bet”, remarked Rajab Virani, CEO, Vision Tech.
